IN DEVELOPMENT ...
PLAYER PIANO is a “headphones-recommended” film experience. Viewed through Jace’s eyes, this quick-moving short film uses beautifully recorded sound to tell the story of a man who, after a car accident, hears music when he touches things. Based on a rare neurological disorder call Acquired Savant Syndrome, this 3-minute short is a simple, yet exhilarating audio-visual journey.
After years of shooting and editing for non-profits all over the world, Mary entered and won a full scholarship to film school where she received her MFA in directing. Since then, she’s worked as a director’s apprentice on a multi-million dollar indie film while simultaneously developing numerous feature screenplays that are currently in various stages of development. She works as a lead editor in LA while pursuing her passion for writing and directing.
